Garage Rescue is Zain, Kashif and Wajahat — three partners from Surrey who were tired of watching homeowners get quoted $20,000 for a garage that could be transformed in one day. We built a system that does it better, faster, and for half the price.

A Typical Day

Drive to the consultation West Van, North Shore, Kerrisdale. You're on the road.

Walk the garage. Listen. You take photos. You understand how the family actually uses the space.

Present the right package You recommend what's right for them — not what's most expensive.

Book the job Handoff to the crew. On to the next consultation.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who genuinely listens before they talk. The homeowner has been living with this problem for years. They need to feel heard before they'll trust a solution.
  • Someone who believes in what we do — because it's impossible to sell something you don't believe in. Walk through our before and after photos first. If you're not impressed, this isn't the role for you.
  • Good judgment. You'll be in people's homes making recommendations. You represent everything Garage Rescue stands for in that moment.
  • You don't need sales experience. You need to be the kind of person a West Van homeowner trusts on first impression.

  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right even when nobody's watching. The homeowner isn't in the garage with you for six hours. What you build is a reflection of your standards, not ours.
  • Physical capability and reliability. The job is physical. You're lifting, building and installing all day. We need people who show up every time, on time, ready to work.
  • The kind of person who doesn't leave a job half-finished. Every Garage Rescue job ends with a Reveal. That means 100% complete, every time. No exceptions.
  • No experience required. We train everything. What we can't train is the standard you hold yourself to.

Arrive at 8am with the crew Everything needed is in the van. You know the plan before you arrive.

Haul everything out The Haul Squad handles the removal. You're prepping walls and taking measurements.

Install the system Slatwall, hooks, shelves, LED lighting. Everything level. Everything right.

The Reveal The homeowner walks in. That reaction — that's yours.

A Typical Day

Arrive with the crew at 8am You're the first people in. The Reveal Maker can't start until you're done.

Clear the garage completely Everything comes out. You sort what stays and what goes.

Deep clean Floor, walls, surfaces. By the time you're done it should be spotless.

Done by early afternoon Most Haul Squad shifts finish well before the Reveal. Flexible scheduling.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who wants straightforward work done properly. No complexity. No ambiguity. You show up, you do the job, you leave the space better than you found it.
  • Physical capability. You'll be lifting, hauling and cleaning. It's honest work and it's physically demanding. We need people who are up for it.
  • Reliability above everything. The whole crew is counting on you being there. The Reveal Maker can't install until you've cleared the garage. You are the foundation of every job.
  • Flexible availability. We'll have your schedule a week in advance. Most shifts are mornings.

You Show Up.
We do one job per day. If someone doesn't show — the whole day falls apart. Reliability is the single most important quality on this team. We take it more seriously than skill, experience, or anything else on this list.
You Take Pride.
The homeowner we're working for has a $2M house and they're trusting us in it for a full day. The standard is high. We don't rush. We don't cut corners. We do it right — even on the parts nobody sees.
You Communicate.
If something comes up — you call. That's it. Nobody on this team has ever been let go for having a problem. People have been let go for hiding problems. One message changes everything.
You Want to Grow.
